I think it is super important to have someone who can build you up and have your back in any situation. Someone who makes you feel confident during hard times and you know you got them on your side. You also need someone to equally to check you during the good times. Sometimes your head gets a little too big and you need that person to let a little of that air out. They need to be your biggest fan/best hater.
